Photography Fees

Preserving and storing photographs can be expensive. To offset some of those costs, we have the below fees for the following services:

Personal use: $5 an image for a color print / $10 for a 300 dpi scan ($2/$5 for members)
Non-profit use: $10 an image ($5 for members)
Commercial or publication use: $30 an image to display ($25 for members).

Please email info@hopkinshistory.org for the fee schedule for publication fees.

Research Fees

In order to best serve our researchers, we do charge a fee for completing a research request. The first 15 minutes of research is free, after that it is $30 an hour ($20 for members). The fee is payable by cash, check, credit/debit card in person, or via PayPal on our website.

After receiving a research request, we will perform research for 15 minutes. If the researcher requests more research, we will continue. In no case will we perform research without approval of the fees by the researcher. Payment must be made before results are passed on to the researcher.

Fees may be waived on a case by case basis.
